Laura Spaeth (Kranny) was really helpful to us four months before we were serious about buying in Prescott. She knew we were not committed at that point, but she spent four hours with us out of her day. Five stars to her at the beginning.

She helped us when we returned in December. When we found our new home in Prescott she was in constant communication with us about questions or concerns we had. Five star service during our house-hunting period.

The day before we left to go back to California she noticed that there weren't enough vents in the crawl space of our new house.
