We have loved living in Sun City Grand. Our expanded Lantana model home with two large bedrooms was perfect for us, (the guest bedroom is quite large). During our ownership we have added additional upgrades throughout every room. We also had the front and back of our home professionally landscaped including upgraded patio extensions to create a quiet, and private space for relaxing outside. The expanded garage is large enough for two vehicles and a golf cart. There are too many upgrades to list here. We think you will love every one of them. We have enjoyed the pools and exercise rooms with state-of-the-art equipment in the rec centers. The 4 golf courses are pristine and add beauty to the community. We also appreciate the community rules that protect us from doing anything that takes away from the well-kept homes and neighborhood. This helps to maintain the value for our properties.
